Our products are delivered by Internet download only. Orders are processed immediately after payment is successfully completed.
We send a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. This email serves as your electronic purchase receipt and contains the information needed to access your product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are monitored to help ensure that customers can successfully access their purchased products.
We allow a reasonable number of download attempts. However, download abuse, excessive sharing or unauthorized access is not permitted.
DFY Niche Websites reserves the right to limit or terminate access to its download servers when abuse or misuse is detected.
We stand behind our products, and customer satisfaction is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered by Internet download, purchases are generally non-refundable after the files have been downloaded.
If you change your mind and have not downloaded the product, you may request a refund.
Refund requests made after a product has been downloaded are reviewed individually and remain subject to our sole discretion.
